Guides are critical to the success of the ZipZone experience. You are responsible for the safety of the guests, thrilling the guests on our ziplines and entertaining the guests through humor and good-natured banter. Your attention to safety, your humorous, friendly personality, and your ability to put people at ease are key to delivering a fun and informative “thrill of a lifetime” for guests. You set the tone, standard, and expectation of the entire experience we offer. Suitable candidates will meet or exceed these requirements by having the right mix of technical skills, confidence and humor.
Guest Services Agent
Guests must receive exemplary customer service starting from their first inquiry through to the completion of their zipline experience.
Fundamental to obtaining that goal is a professional, attentive, and engaging interaction that is fun and informative. As the first point of contact, you set the tone, standard, and expectation of the entire experience we offer. Your ability to listen to guest needs, determine their requirements, and offer the appropriate product recommendation is vital. Suitable candidates meet or exceed these requirements by having the right mix of experience, attitude, and skills.
